Is Homee's power track safe to use in kitchens and other damp environments?
Homee’s power track comes with a dust, splash and electric shock prevention rubber belt. However this product is not waterproof and shall not be in contact with water.
Is it possible to connect different types of appliances to Homee's power track simultaneously?
Yes, Homee’s power track is designed to accommodate multiple types of appliances simultaneously, as long as power usage does not exceed 8000W.
What is your Warranty Policy?
We provide up to 2 years factory manufacturing warranty, where Homee’s power track and sockets shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty applies from the date of purchase, and only valid for products sold or distributed by authorised dealers and retailers.
